Commercial cleaning prices

How much does commercial cleaning cost?

Most of the cost is labour, so the price follows the floor area, how often you want cleaning and how detailed each room's tasks are. Use the estimator for a guide figure, then book a survey for a fixed quote.

Floor area
Measured on the survey, room by room, in square feet.
Frequency
From one clean a week to daily, plus periodic deep cleans.

How it works

From first visit to first clean in four steps

Step 1

Site survey

We walk the building with you, measure floor areas and note access times, alarm codes and any no-go areas.

Step 2

Cleaning specification

You get a room-by-room task schedule with frequencies and a fixed monthly price built from it.

Step 3

Mobilisation

Your team is inducted on site, colour-coded equipment is delivered and a supervisor is named.

Step 4

Monthly audit

The supervisor scores the site against the specification each month and sends you the report.

Questions

Commercial cleaning FAQs

How is a commercial cleaning price worked out?

From the site survey we list every room, its tasks and their frequency, then estimate the labour hours. The monthly price is fixed, so it doesn't change between short and long months.

Do you cover the whole of the UK?

Yes. We take on sites in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, and can run multi-site contracts under one specification and one invoice.

Do you supply the cleaning products and equipment?

Yes. Chemicals, colour-coded equipment and machines are included. Washroom consumables such as paper and soap can be supplied at cost or bought by you.

Who holds the keys and alarm codes?

Keys and codes are signed out to your named supervisor and logged. Nobody else on the team holds them unless you agree.

What happens if a clean is missed or below standard?

Tell your supervisor and we return within one working day to put it right at no charge. Repeated issues show up in the monthly audit.

How quickly can you start?

Most sites start within two weeks of the survey. One-off and deep cleans can often be booked sooner.
